After Hours Support: Support Agreement customers receive after hours
support at the normal hourly rate without overtime charges. However, you
can extend your support agreement to include after hours telephone and
remote support for just $10 per month, per board!
Customers without an Annual Technical Support Plan in place shall be
charged at a rate of $45 per quarter hour. After hours support requires a $500 set up charge per incident and $67.70 per quarter hour. If customer purchases an Annual Technical Support Plan within 10 days of being billed for support services, then AltiSupport will credit a protion of such amount towards the purchase of an Annual Technical Support Plan. (Please note: AltiSupport now requires pre-payment for this service in the form of a two-hour retainer.)
