In addition to troubleshooting system issues, the CTI Support Technical Support Team reassures customers that they are operating their AltiGen equipment with the optimal design and configuration, while making our best effort to protect your customer’s system investment. We help identify changing business demands for new features, functionality, products and services. Additionally, we offer guidance in making purchase, upgrade and deployment recommendations that dealers can pass along to their customers.

CTI Support Annual Support Agreements are sold on an annual basis. CTI Support provides regular technical support services Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, Mountain Time. For those who need after-hours support, CTI Support offers a full-time support option (24/7) in addition to our regular support rates.

For one-time and short term support needs, CTI Support also offers a support retainer as an option.
