Pre-Paid Technical Support Retainer (at normal business hours rate of $180/hr) for 2 hour minimum to be billed against in 15 minute increments. There is an after-hours setup charge of $500 per incident and the after-hour rate is $270/hr. After-hours time bills against the retainer at 1.5 times the charges.
