AltiGen Certified Dealers, who are interested in having AltiSupport either supplement or act as their full-time support department, may contract with AltiSupport to provide services on a short or long term basis.

AltiSupport for End-Users

Customers may access AltiSupport's trained Support Technicians either by purchasing an Annual Technical Support Plan (recommended) or by paying hourly on an "as-needed" basis.
