CTI Support Annual Support Agreements are sold on an annual basis. CTI Support provides regular technical support services Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, Mountain Time. For those who need after-hours support, CTI Support offers a full-time support option (24/7) in addition to our regular support rates.
